Nest-Fly visits Amsterdam Drone Week 2024

From April 16 to 18, Amsterdam Drone Week (ADW) 2024 took place — the international event that highlights the latest developments in the drone industry. ADW brings together policymakers, technology companies, and experts to discuss innovations, regulations, and the future of air mobility.

Drones are increasingly being used for inspections, logistics, and emergency services. Urban Air Mobility (UAM) — the use of drones and eVTOLs (electric air taxis) in urban environments — was also a key topic. In addition, valuable insights were shared on autonomous systems, sensor technology, and the integration of drones into existing airspace.

We believe it’s important to stay up to date with the latest innovations in the drone industry. That’s why we attended ADW — to network with other experts, follow new developments, and gain fresh insights. We also showcased our Falcon Dock at the event. It was a valuable opportunity to learn from leading organizations in the sector and gather inspiration for the future.

Highlights from ADW 2024

  • Urban Air Mobility & eVTOLs – How drones and air taxis are increasingly shaping the future of urban mobility.
  • AI and Autonomy – New technologies enabling fully autonomous drone operations.
  • Regulation & U-space – European developments in airspace management and drone legislation.
  • Innovations in Inspection & Safety – How drones are being used for maintenance, infrastructure inspections, and emergency response.
  • The Future of Cargo Drones – The growing role of drones in logistics and transportation.

Our goal is to grow alongside the industry and actively contribute to the future of autonomous drones. We look forward to presenting our own new innovations next time and showcasing how Nest-Fly continues to help advance the sector.
